– Must have minimum 8+ years of experience as a functional consultant
– Minimum 3 years’ experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
– Meet with the business users and gather application requirements, use cases, user stories and develop strategies to meet those needs.
– Document the business requirements, review them with the business and technology teams and obtain customer acceptance for the same.
– Gather business information from multiple sources, perform analysis and provide consolidated analysis.
– Working on the Agile or Waterfall approach depending on the business requirements
– Coordinate with development team to provide better understanding of the business user’s need and help resolve any queries related to the requirements.
– Help prioritize requirements and create mock-ups
– Planning and coordination of new enhancements with the development team
– Work with business users to develop acceptance criteria for the test cases and test scenarios
-Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents
– Experience in supporting pre-sales activities is an advantage
Good to Have Skills
– Knowledge and understanding of some or all areas within Customer Engagement including Field Services, and Project Service Automation
– Basic knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Flow, Power BI); and
Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Common Data Model
– MS CRM configruation knowledge
– Application integrations knowledge with MS CRM”
