Key Responsibilities:

  1. DocuSign Implementation and Configuration:
    1. Lead the end-to-end implementation of DocuSign for clients, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    1. Customize DocuSign workflows to align with business needs, ensuring optimal user experience and compliance with industry standards.
    1. Configure document templates, fields, and routing rules for specific signing processes.
  2. Solution Design and Integration:
    1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify integration opportunities and develop scalable solutions using DocuSign API and other tools.
    1. Design and implement custom API integrations with other business systems, such as CRM, ERP, platforms.
    1. Ensure seamless data flow and maintain data security and compliance throughout integration.
    1. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for DocuSign-related inquiries and best practices
    1. Experience in supporting the docusign platform
    1. Manage project timelines, communicate milestones, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
    1. Work closely with IT, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant departments to align the DocuSign implementation with organizational requirements.
    1. Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and continuously improve the solution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DocuSign Administrator or Developer Certification.
  • Familiarity with other document management, CLM  or eSignature platforms
