• Significant, hands-on experience with FircoSoft, including deep knowledge of:
o Continuity V6
o Screening Preparation
o Firco Utilities
• Strong development and configuration expertise using:
o SQL (MUST)
o Java, J2EE, Spring Boot (Optional)
o Shell Scripting
o Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
o Microservices and messaging technologies
• Proven experience delivering and supporting FircoSoft solutions in large, complex, enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of sanctions screening workflows and data processing at scale
• End-to-end knowledge of the SDLC, including production support and operational resilience
• Practical experience or formal training in Kubernetes and AWS concepts
• Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), application resiliency, and security best practices
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to screening, alert reduction, or data analysis – Good to have • Experience working directly with compliance, risk, or sanctions teams – Good to have
