We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented resource to join our HR team.
Resource will assist in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company.
This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Talent Sourcing:
Assist in developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database.
2.Screening and Interviewing:
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Coordination and Administration:
3.Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Coordinate and manage recruitment events such as job fairs and career days.
Candidate Experience:
4.Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Provide candidates with information about the company, the role, and the recruitment process.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration:
5.Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and requirements.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on recruitment strategies and process improvements.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company..
