Network Product Field Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–6 Years
We are looking for a skilled Network Product Field Engineer to provide technical support for data center networking products, troubleshoot complex network issues, and drive customer issue resolution.
Key Skills Required:
- Routing & Switching: Ethernet, VLAN, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, VPC
- Networking Protocols: SNMP, DHCP, IGMP, VRRP, TACACS
- Network Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
- VMware / Hyper-V / KVM and Operating Systems
- Network Monitoring Tools and Scripting
- Fibre Channel and FCoE fundamentals
- Strong Customer Communication and Technical Support
Preferred: CCNA or higher certification, with experience in IXIA or Spirent tools.
